Anti-Anxiety Coaching

It turns out that anxiety, fears, and phobias can be resolved quickly.

Sounds crazy, I know.

To be clear, I am talking about irrational or unnecessary anxiety, fears, and phobias. Some fears are good to have. I believe most people reading this understand the difference between irrational fears and healthy fears designed to keep us safe. This writing, as well as my coaching, pertain only to irrational and unnecessary fears.

On a neurological level, anxiety, fears, and phobias are the result of habituated neural pathways in the brain that have become associated with particular triggers. With the help of a skilled Change Worker, these neural pathways can be interrupted and rerouted to a more resourceful state relatively quickly.

Furthermore, when clients are armed with various techniques to interrupt their own patterns, and direct their own neurology, the sky is the limit for what they can accomplish. One of the purposes of this site is to provide exactly these kinds of tools, so students (and parents) can start to take charge of their neurology today.

On a subjective level, anxiety, fears, and phobias are the result of how a person represents mental images and sounds to themselves. The way mental images and sounds are represented are called submodalities. With the help of a skilled Change Worker, these submodalities can be skillfully altered in such a way that changes the emotional response not only immediately, but permanently.

When working with clients, I draw from a vast array of tools to help them find confidence and peace in those contexts that used to make them afraid. These tools include NLP, Hypnotherapy, and even Yoga. It is not unusual for only one session to be required to neutralize a single fear. However, I always, of course, tailor my services to the individual, depending on their needs.

To know more and / or to set up a session, feel free to schedule a call today.

I look forward to working together.
